At Indiva Krafts, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if you receive an item that is not as expected, we offer a smooth and transparent return and refund process.
Refund Process (7 Days)
Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated within 7 days.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To approve any return or refund request, a clear unboxing video is required. The video must show:
- The sealed parcel from all sides
- Opening of the package
- The product inside as received

Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process your return.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed In its original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact
- Free from stains, perfume, or wear marks
We do not accept returns if:
The product is used, washed, or damaged
Original packaging or tags are missing
The product has been altered
The issue is not shown clearly in the unboxing video
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
When you return a product, the pickup/shipping fee must be paid from your side.
Charges vary by location.
No Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Only returns and refunds are processed as per the above guidelines.
